Immerse yourself in the divine feminine and learn about yoga for pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This weekend intensive is for teachers and practitioners who want to learn more about supporting the pregnant people in their lives. We will cover the basics of asana and pranayama to help support pregnancy, birth and postpartum as well as explore ancient ayurvedic wisdoms of the birthing body.
This course is open to anyone wishing to deepen their knowledge and understanding of yoga for expecting mothers. For those with at least 200hrs of yoga teacher training, this course will provide the skills necessary to teach and share this practice with others in a public setting. For those with at least 200hrs of yoga teacher training, this course will provide the skills necessary to teach and share the practice with others. This training can also be the launching pad into your yoga teaching journey, as our 200 hour yoga teacher training program begins Fall 2024. If you are eager to learn more about the sculpt practice, you’re welcome to join us as a student, skipping the graduation requirements for certification.

Nourish your mind, body and soul with a deeply renewing afternoon of cacao, guided meditation and restorative yoga. Join us for a grounding and heart opening celebration as we commune with each other and the spirit of the cacao plant. Come learn about the history and health benefits of this superfood, known as Theobroma cacao, which translates to “food of the gods” as well as experience the magical energy of this highly vibrational plant medicine. Cacao is considered heart medicine and when you connect with the energy of cacao, it holds vibrations of unconditional love, kindness and joy; assisting in healing, opening the heart center and unlocking wisdom and a knowing from within you.
We will gather in an intentional sacred ceremonial space to share and connect deeply with ourselves and one another, find deep relaxation with guided meditations and bliss out on restorative yoga. Ceremonial grade cacao will be served; bring your favorite mug!
