4-Week Men’s Yoga Series with Vincent!
Embark on an interactive and illuminating journey with Vincent during a transformative 4-Week Men's Yoga Series. Discover a path to reduce stress, elevate confidence, and expedite recovery while enhancing lung capacity and delving into mindfulness practices. This immersive experience fosters heightened body awareness, empowering you to embrace holistic well-being as a man surrounded by other like-minded men!
Each class will be 75 minutes and intended for beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will break down postures and offer modifications for injuries and/or accessibility challenges. Each week will build on the previous class. You are encouraged to attend all classes, but you can drop-in to meet your schedules. Come as you are!
