What’s Included?

  • Nestled in the mountains, the Lost Wonder Hut offers a rustic yet cozy retreat surrounded by breathtaking wilderness. This intimate off-grid cabin provides a true backcountry experience, with a warm communal atmosphere, bunk-style sleeping, and the serenity of nature all around.

  • Each day offers a balanced blend of movement and stillness, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga practices alongside mindfulness meditations. These sessions are designed to energize, restore, and deepen your connection to yourself and nature.

  • Our journey begins and ends with a scenic hike to and from the hut, immersing us in the beauty of the backcountry. An optional hike to Boss Lake, a stunning high-elevation alpine lake, offers the chance to experience the invigorating benefits of a cold plunge—a refreshing and revitalizing way to connect with nature!

  • Thoughtfully crafted with seasonal ingredients, each meal is designed to support balance, digestion, and overall well-being. Prepared by Dr. Stephanie Curran, an Ayurvedic practitioner, these nourishing dishes will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and deeply cared for.

  • We will begin and end our retreat with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, using this sacred plant medicine to foster connection, gratitude, and intention. Cacao is known for its gentle yet powerful ability to awaken the heart and deepen our sense of presence and community.

  • Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, and other healing instruments. These sessions are designed to relax the nervous system, release tension, and rejuvenate while fostering a deep sense of connection.

  • Throughout the retreat, you’ll have opportunities to journal and explore your creativity through painting. These activities provide a space for reflection, self-expression, and a deeper connection to your inner journey, helping you to process and integrate your experiences.

  • Ample time is built into the retreat for rest, personal reflection, and connection with others. Whether you’re unwinding in the serene surroundings, having meaningful conversations, or simply soaking in the quiet, these moments of stillness allow for deep renewal and a stronger sense of community.
