Saturday, April 23rd: Heart of the Primary Series- Incorporate props to learn variations of the 30 seated postures that open and stabilize the hips and shoulders, including arm balances. Dissect elements of jumping forward, back, and through to build into seamless transitions.
Each Session: 2:00pm-4:00pm
$35/session, $65 for 2 sessions, $90 for entire series - Pre-registration required.
