Who wants a Friday night dance party? You do! Let’s Zumba!
Zumba is a fun, effective fitness program that combines dance and aerobic movements. One of its distinctive characteristics is the use of Latin music & dance rhythms (such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaetón, flamenco, etc.) to help you burn calories and have fun doing it. Zumba provides an interval cardio workout for people of all fitness levels. No dance experience is necessary. Non-verbal cueing and verbal encouragement help you learn the steps during the energizing playlist.

No class the week of Thanksgiving, Nov 24th.
*You do not need to attend all 6 classes. We hope you will, however, you can attend the days that works best for YOU!
Please bring non-street shoes to protect the wooden floor. Bring water/towel.
