Come join Molly for this post ski/ride workshop. Together we will work to strengthen and release the areas of the body that take an extra hit during the winter season. We will talk about alignment to keep you safe on the snow and then work on some restorative postures and even some myofascial release to help keep your body injury-free.
Molly has been skiing for more than 20 years and teaching skiing for ten. She has worked hard to achieve high-level certifications as a ski instructor.
This workshop is a perfect pairing of her love of yoga asana, alignment, and hitting it hard on the slopes.
