Tiffany Pinkski
Tiffany is a Colorado local, raised predominately in Nederland. Tiffany spent her childhood exploring the outdoors whether it was on a snowboard, hiking, or running; while also finding creative ways to understand the world through reading and expressing her perspective through writing. Those are still her passions today; along with finding ways to share that love through education, teaching, and exploring the cosmos as a project manager in the Aerospace industry. Regardless of where or how Tiffany seeks adventure, connection, understanding and growth.
Tiffany discovered yoga back in 2012 as a student in her undergraduate studies. She was taking an overloaded schedule and the dean of the school required a physical ed. course to ensure she was balanced in her studies and mental, and physical health. What a blessing and intuitive advisement! In that semester's study, Tiffany fell in love with how yoga was able to bring a sense of awareness of self and observance of surroundings where she was able to find stillness and joy no matter what was being carried in her heart or environment.
Over the past decade, Tiffany’s relationship with yoga has advanced in many ways from; healing through various forms of trauma, physical self-love based in empowerment and appreciation of her vessel, and the ability to cultivate a mutually beneficial environment with others by setting a safe space intentionally built with love and respect.
To this day, those gifts of the practice are the foundations for Tiffany’s relationship with yoga and the environment she strives to cultivate with the studio and community. In the summer of 2023, Tiffany completed her 200 YTT in Golden, Colorado. She also has studied restorative practices. During sessions that we will share together, Tiffany hopes to extend these gifts and continue not just her journey but learn the journey of others and find ways to support through movement, mindfulness, and setting fluid intentions.
