Molly Holmes
Molly is a Salida native, returning from many years in Boulder. Mother of two wonderful young kids, when not in the studio you can find her out playing with her family on the trails, ski hill and river. Molly has been practicing yoga for 20+ years, she has a strong understanding of what it means to grow within and also through the practice of yoga. As she has traveled through life, she has been drawn more and more to her practice. She is eager to share her knowledge with other people seeking to connect with their bodies and minds through the practice of movement and meditation.
Molly is also passionate about being active outdoors. She is a highly certified and experienced ski instructor. She has been teaching skiing for 14 years and just as she does with yoga, continually strengthens her passion by participating in trainings and gaining certifications.
Molly's passion for the outdoors combined with years of refined training in body movement, makes her instruction fun and energetic as well as alignment focused.
Molly is trained in pre and postnatal yoga as well as a trained doula and taught prenatal yoga for 4 years. She has fallen absolutely in love with the gentle grace that comes with pregnancy and motherhood. Helping mothers to find strength and balance through pregnancy has been a bright light in her life.
