Julie Anderson
Julie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed her yoga teacher training with Lisa Needham in Park City in 2013. She more recently trained with Bonnie Weeks to increase training in sequencing and guiding students. Over the past 20 years, yoga has served as a space of community and grounding for her. Julie works full-time in mental health and is passionate about overall physical and emotional well-being and balance. In addition to yoga, Julie loves enjoying the river or the mountains with her family. Julie is grateful to have found Salida about 10 years ago and be living in a community of beautiful, creative and kind people.
