Jaimie Miller
Jaimie’s yoga journey began with the intent to enhance her fitness and support her adventurous outdoor lifestyle. Quickly, yoga outgrew its supportive role and took center stage. She fell in love with yoga’s transformative power as she found that the union of breath and movement provided not only physical strength, but a pathway to a more centered and peaceful mind.
To deepen her practice, Jaimie traveled to Rishikesh, India, the spiritual home of yoga, where she immersed herself in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, earning her 200-hour teaching certification. This experience connected her to yoga’s ancient roots, sparking a lifelong passion for learning and sharing the practice.
Beyond yoga, Jaimie expanded her healing modalities by becoming a certified Sound Healer, incorporating vibrations from instruments and voice to align the body’s energies. She also fell in love with the stillness of Yin yoga, complementing her more dynamic flows with practices that encourage deep rest and reflection.
Today, as the owner and manager of Yoga Olas, Jaimie is filled with gratitude for the chance to lead a studio that has always meant so much to her. She feels incredibly honored to carry the studio’s torch and continue its legacy. Community is at the heart of everything she does, and she is deeply grateful for the opportunity to create a space where people can come together, grow, and support one another.
In Jaimie’s classes, you’ll find a thoughtful blend of tradition and creativity, where dynamic flows are grounded in breathwork. She is committed to fostering a welcoming environment for all, where every student feels connected, empowered, and part of the Yoga Olas family.
