4 Week Handstand Workshop Series with Lexee - Sundays 2-3:30p in March
Join Lexee, a talented gymnast and dedicated yoga practitioner for a 4-week series focused on building confidence, exploring strength drills, having fun getting upside down and more!
March 5th Week 1: Align and Build Your Confidence - Start exploring how your alignment shifts upside down and build confidence as you discover different ways to safely enter and exit handstands.
March 12th Week 2: Moving on Your Hands and finding your Balance - We will dive into different body positions while upside down and dance with the subtle art of handbalancing.
March 19th Week 3: Compression and Pressing -Acquire a grab bag of helpful drills you can use in your daily practice to build core compression strength and develop handstand pressing technique.
March 26th Week 4: An entire practice with your best friend: The Wall - We start mushing everything together in this final workshop understanding the value of open wall space. Students will walk away with a stronger sense of knowing how to continue their handbalancing training at home in a safe, effective, and personalized way.
