At Olas, you will embark on a yoga journey supported in community. Our classes will help you build physical strength and flexibility, de-stress, feel mentally clear and calm, and empower your personal journey to growth, healing and bliss.

New to Yoga Olas?
We encourage you to explore our New Student Special 30-Day Unlimited Yoga Pass! This pass provides you with an excellent opportunity to explore a variety of class offerings, teacher styles and times. For your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This will allow you plenty of time to check in, explore the space and ground down before class begins.
Need a yoga mat?
We have community yoga mats you’re welcome to use for class. Our loaner yoga mats are located in our back studio space, please ask the teacher on staff to guide you to their home location. We ask that you please clean our community loaner mats after each use. We have spray and paper towels located by the shared yoga props. We also have Manduka yoga mats available for purchase in our boutique, these mats will last your lifetime. Treat yourself!
