Dani Hammond

Dani did yoga teacher training with the intention of sharing her passion for yoga with others. Bringing students to their untapped potential through mindful movement brings her the highest joy. She started practicing Bikram yoga in 2012 and did Power Vinyasa training with Core Power Yoga in August of 2015. Since then, her practice and teaching has evolved into a meditative and alignment-based Vinyasa style. 

Dani believes yoga to be a powerful healing modality for spiritual, mental and physical ailments. Her teaching and practice style have the intention of spreading high vibrational energies to unlock her and her students highest good. Dani is Salida native and has recently returned home for a deeper connection with family. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to join the yoga community of her hometown and looks forward to sharing the knowledge and incredible benefits yoga and yogis have to offer.
