Julie Wilson is a high mountain junkie and a lover of all things fitness! She has loved living in Colorado for the past 10 years with her husband and two crazy dogs. Her passion for the outdoors and mountain sports also carries into to her yoga and personal training profession, and she loves helping others with their health and fitness goals. She has been a personal trainer and group fitness Instructor of over 7 years. Initially seeking yoga as a low impact workout for a fit body, she realized after deepening her practice how much more she wanted to incorporate yoga in her lifestyle. She got her 200 hour certification with Karen Anderson in Vail with an emphasis on Vinyasa and Ashtanga. She makes sure to offer modifications in all her classes so they are friendly for all levels. Her classes are mindful yet invigorating, and she encourages you to have respect for your body and come as you are. She loves teaching and it shows in her classes!
